Due to the barrier function of the skin, it is very difficult to apply sufficient laser power from the outside to deep tissue (e.g. blood circulation, joints, spinal nerves or tumors). The energy reaching deep tissue areas is almost immeasurable because the skin absorbs more than 70% of the energy.
WeberNeedle has designed cannulas with special fiberoptic light guides (Weberneedle® Lasercath) that bring laser light directly into the blood stream, interstitial compartments or joints, allowing it to cross the skin barrier.
This novel intravenous, interstitial and intra-articular laser therapy approach significantly improves therapeutic outcomes as it enables penetration depths of up to 12 cm. In addition, green, blue and yellow lasers, which are typically absorbed at the skin surface, can now develop their cellular and anti-inflammatory effects in deep tissue layers. In Photodynamic Therapy, this technique allows photosensitizers (photosensitizers) to be 'activated' deep inside the body.
To penetrate different penetration depths and cause different biological effects, the Weberneedle® Endolaser can be equipped with the following modules

Smart Technology and Flexibility of Use
The laser modules are not included in the main module, they can be replaced externally. This modular setup allows you to equip the machine individually. You can replace or increase the number of laser modules at any time.

Easy to Use

It has developed interstitial needles and cannulas that can be connected to the fiber optics of the Laser Modules with Weberneedle® Lasercath. The laser light generated in the laser module can be easily applied to deep tissue.

Application

For systemic treatment, only a simple cannulation of the median cubital vein or the median antebrachial vein (as for infusion) is required. Thanks to the specially developed fiber optic light guide (Weberneedle® Lasercath), laser light can now be delivered interstitially and intra-articularly in addition to intravenously.
